About Us

When Jeremy was 12 years old he had the experience of a lifetime backpacking through Europe with his older brother.  With just a backpack and a Euro Rail pass they set off and traveled to France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Belgium.  What a transformative experience at such a young age.

He has since travelled throughout the Caribbean, backpacked through Australia, gone down to Mexico and up to Canada.  He backpacks on the Appalachian Trail and has been to 30 of the 50 United States, with plans to visit them all. This passion for travel stuck with him ever since that first trip through Europe with his older brother, and his flame for exploration burns even brighter since having children of his own.

He believes that raising his children on the world's stage is as important as any traditional education.  His daughter has had her passport since she was 9 months old and has visited Aruba, France and Switzerland.  While many people ask if it is worth it to travel with such a young child because they won't remember it any way, his reply is "it's not whether she remembers it or not, the real purpose is that this will be her norm.  She will be raised among many other cultures, languages and landscapes.  She will be a student of the world."

The misconception is that traveling with kids is hard or impossible.  You can scuba dive in the Great Barrier Reef, or climb the Eiffel Tower, sit on the beaches of Aruba or visit Machu Picchu but make sure to bring the kids its an experience they shouldn't miss.
